Earlier this year, SRC worked closely with George P Johnson to deliver a high-end exhibition stand for Woodside at Gastech 2017 in Japan, the years’ largest global gas and LNG event. This project spanned Sydney and Tokyo, involved epic proportions of transportation logistics and delivered an impressive end result! The stand measured 18mx14m and delivered exactly what Woodside represent; it featured a laminated archway, custom high tables with two pack paint and laminate finishes as well as a custom plumbed café bench with two pack finish. Multiple meeting spaces were created for both informal and private meetings which included branded frosted windows, plush carpets, custom boardroom tables, cabinetry with feature lighting as well as a dimmable lighting system. An immersive technology centre was created by integrating a 16m2 LED floor with a 4m wide 2mm pitch LED wall. Woodside pride themselves in the quality of their coffee and once again they proved to be the most popular stand of the expo with both their fantastic lattes and their equally delicious west Australian wines. The exhibition stand was built in approx. 6 months at the SRC Sydney warehouse, fully crated and then shipped to Tokyo in three 40ft shipping containers, where four SRC travelling crew worked in conjunction with a local Japanese crew. The language barrier was not an issue as crew communicated through sign language and thankfully interpreters, to successfully assemble and install the exhibition stand. An epic achievement if we do say so ourselves! SRC can provide you with a complete exhibition stand turnkey solution; from concept through to delivery and bump-in, we offer the complete package.
